We all know the story of the straw that broke the camel's back. Was it really the straw? Or was it that no one bothered to unload the camel of all of it's other burdens? Far too often in life we carry around our stress, trauma, fears, pain, and a host of other unhealthy baggage. Therapy can be a great tool for allowing us to unload, and work through the things we've been holding on to. I specialize in trauma informed treatment, depression, mindfulness skills, & emotion regulation. I am here to help you unpack, work through those experiences, and develop skills to help you manage whatever life may throw your way. I have an extensive background in individual, couples & group therapy, MBCT, DBT, ACT, IOP, addiction recovery, and trauma informed treatment. You are human, you are entitled to the plethora of emotions you experience in life. I am here to help you navigate them when they become overwhelming or prevent you from being at peace. There is no shame in needing or asking for help. Allow me to give you the space to unload so that you can move forward in a healthy way. I am accepting new clients for individual and couples counseling.
