Far too often in life we carry around our stress, trauma, fears, pain, and a host of other unhealthy baggage. Therapy can be a great tool for allowing us to unload, and work through the things we've been holding on to. I specialize in trauma informed treatment, depression, mindfulness skills, & emotion regulation. I am here to help you unpack, work through those experiences, and develop skills to help you manage whatever life may throw your way. I have an extensive background in individual, couples & group therapy, MBCT, DBT, ACT, IOP, addiction recovery, and trauma informed treatment. You are human, you are entitled to the plethora of emotions you experience in life. I am here to help you navigate them when they become overwhelming or prevent you from being at peace.
